We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Analyst to support our digital marketing practice. Your responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analysing data, developing and testing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, and communicating with clients.
You have excellent analytical skills and are both detailed and strategic. You are able to engage with people as well as understand and be familiar with technological solutions. You have a passion for data, its presentation and an understanding of how data will drive digital solutions. You need to be able to work with multiple teams as well as independently.

What You’ll Do Core Activities: Collect and analyse customer, marketing, and web behavioural data Establish testing mechanisms (A/B and MVT) for testing campaigns, propose and analyse key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase digitally based performance Ensure that testing regimes are subject to appropriate statistical significance testing Prepare and present ‘path analysis’ and ‘funnel analysis’ through client sites Attribution reporting/modelling – which campaign/channel is responsible for key business actions/sales Develop and present conclusions from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation of digital marketing strategy Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports Tagging of key pages and actions (or recommendation to client as such) to facilitate reporting and dashboarding Create ad hoc reports for both internal and external clients Monitor and analyse digital media and marketing trends Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients Potential Activities: Understand the marketing tech requirements to enable ‘Smart Decisioning/Next Best Action’ analysis Propensity modelling – what action or combination of actions and attributes constitute the basis for conversion (of target audience to lead for example) More sophisticated attribution modelling involving bespoke modelling and probabilistic approach to multi-touch/broken journeys Digital Engagement Practice – Marketing Tech: Serve as an expert digital analytics consultant to multiple projects/stakeholders in the digital engagement Practice Work with design team to support development and implementation of new solutions Working under the leadership of a Director – Experience Consulting Work independently with EPAM Account Managers and Leadership to support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction Serve as analytics support to teams responsible for digital strategies and program roadmaps, and work directly with client product, marketing, and/or IT teams to position the engagement and EPAM for success Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business Digital Solution Delivery / Orchestration: Responsible for helping to shape digital solutions based on data and insigh Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio Develop effective relationships with key internal executives, BU heads, Account Managers, Solution SME’s, Sales and Delivery Leaders Drive Growth: Support sales / pre-sales activities by helping to assess digital opportunities, contributing to RFP’s, proposals and presentations Your performance scorecard will include: Impact on Operating the Business – achieve target billable utilisation
What You Have 5 years plus experience in an analytical role Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Econometrics or similar field Experience with analytical and reporting tools including Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics (other Adobe suite product familiarity useful) and Data Studio Data manipulation and modelling tools such as advanced Excel skills, SQL/MySQL, SAS, SPSS, R and Python Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, Looker and Data Studio Deep knowledge of digital marketing across website and owned media as well as search (natural & paid), social, display, and programmatic platforms Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Strong communication and presentation skills
