This role is offering a salary of up to £35k with good benefits and opportunities to progress.
The company offer bespoke, cost-effective, low-risk vacant property security solutions to protect commercial and residential buildings. They take care of vacant properties by placing live-in guardians into the empty space to secure the buildings. Empty buildings are restored to life and provide temporary cost-effective living space for working professionals affected by the expensive rental market.
Within this proactive customer service role, you will be liaising and co-ordinating with tenants over the phone and via email. This role would suit a professional and confident communicator with experience of working with Councils, Housing Associations or tenants previously.

Conducting daily welfare calls for existing tenants
Provide references upon request
Ensure complaints are resolved in the timeframe provided
Obtain reviews from existing tenants
Manage tenants that are leaving the property and ensure that they are out of the property in the timescale provided
Ensure keys are returned by tenants who are leaving
Answer inbound calls
Ensure reviews are responded to in the timeframe provided
Ensure spreadsheets are regularly updated regarding tenants’ reviews
On-board new tenants and ensure they understand the process
What the employer is looking for:
Experience of working with Tenants, Housing Associations or Local Authorities
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with MS Office
Hours - Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm
