About the role

An engaging & passionate personality is essential for our Customer Experience Advisor roles as they will understand exactly what the customers need and have the ability to remain positive, with a ‘can do’ attitude. A flexible approach is needed as you will be interacting with the customers, dealing with a small level of sales and supporting the store with organisational tasks.


This role definitely provides a variety of responsibilities; from supporting showroom standards, text and video chat, call backs to customers, processing of sales, weekly audits and responding to customers queries. From time to time you may also be required to support other stores. You will need the commitment to step out of your comfort zone, to try something new, but most importantly to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
