IT Service Desk Engineer

A talented IT Service Desk Engineer with MS Autopilot and Endpoint Manager is required by a successful Managed Services company who specialise in providing IT support to the private and public sectors. Based near Hemel Hempstead, this position will have a focus on process improvement while also have responsibility for new users and hardware / software of clients.

This will be a varied position where you will be doing everything from configuring AD accounts, to configuration of software to documentation of new equipment.

Experience within an MSP will be required for this position

A salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits and excellent progression opportunities is available. Client You’ll join a successful Managed Service Provider (MSP) who provide IT support services to fantastic clients.

Skills Required (the majority of)

  • Previous experience of working for an Managed Service Provider
  • MS Autopilot and Endpoint Manager
  • Office 365 implementation and support
  • Service Desk experience
  • Microsoft certifications would be advantageous (Any of MCITP / MCSE / MCP / MCSA)
  • Active Directory to 2019
