Minute Taking Administrator

We have an urgent required for a highly experienced individual to work as an integral part of a busy team working for our client in the Gravesend area
You will manage large volumes of important paperwork and files which will include ordering them from archive, checking they are complete with relevant information, coordinate their transfer, ensuring that the end user has the completed file to read. You will arrange meetings via MS Teams and will be required to take minutes in the meetings and then send out resulting letters
You will need to be extremely well organised, have strong attention to detail and must have experience of minuting meetings. You will be IT literate with good typing speeds and the ability to work under pressure.
You will initially be working out of the office in Gravesend however once training is complete you will be working from home. There will however be requirements to go to the office, so you must be flexible with this.
The hours of work are 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, this is a temporary role with an immediate start.
Due to the nature of the work, the role is subject to Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
