This Senior Internal Recruiter will be responsible for all internal recruitment strategy and delivering hiring results across the Fintech function.

You will collaborate with senior members of the business and HR colleagues to ensure quality, quantity and timely communication for internal hiring.


  • Own internal mobility for selected group of roles, may support external hiring dependent on internal volume
  • Ensure equity within the internal recruitment process through cross-functional partnership, process management and strategic interventions
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience to colleagues
  • Share knowledge & expertise within the FinTech Recruitment team on internal recruitment process & changes
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders including HR, Recruitment Managers & FinTech Leads to solve for topics related to internal mobility including promotion, attrition & diversity
  • Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience within the recruitment industry
  • Proven experience using data to inform decision making
  • Passionate about candidate experience
  • Understanding of current internal mobility process and ability to identify opportunities for change
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Good process management skills
